We strive to make high-quality beef accessible to everyone. We offer a range of pricing options to suit different needs, from individuals to families and groups. Choose from whole, half, or quarter beef packages, each offering a selection of premium cuts at competitive prices.

Base Packages

We are in the process of holding butcher slots for February to June of 2026. Please reach out directly to get on the list. All USDA inspected and full of flavor direct to you. Vacuum sealed and ready for consumption! We are a family ranch and your direct support goes right back into our community.


  • Whole Beef: Approximately 175 lbs of burger plus premium cuts, including ribeye steaks, tenderloins, roasts, and more. Based on hanging weight at $$5.65, estimate $3800all in
  • Half Beef: Approximately 90 lbs of burger plus a great selection of steaks, ground beef, and roasts. Based on hanging weight at $5.75, estimate $1975 all in
  • Quarter Beef: A smaller package, ideal for smaller households or those with limited freezer space. Approximately 45 lbs of burger plus premium cuts of beef at $5.85, estimate $1000 all in
