Base Packages

We are currently holding butcher slots for February through June of 2027. Please reach out directly to secure your spot on the list. All of our beef is USDA inspected, full of rich, natural flavor, and delivered straight to you — vacuum sealed and ready for your table. As a family ranch, your purchase supports our operation and puts money right back into the local community.


We make it easy to get exactly what you want — every option is fully customizable to match your family’s needs, and our team is here to guide you through the entire process from start to finish.


  • Whole Beef: Fill your freezer with approximately
    180 lbs of premium ground beef plus an incredible selection of restaurant-quality cuts, including thick ribeye steaks, tender filets, flavorful roasts, and more. Priced at just $5.75 per lb hanging weight.
    Estimated total: $4,000 all in. The ultimate way to stock up and enjoy superior beef for months.

  • Half Beef Perfect balance of quantity and variety — you’ll receive about
    90 lbs of ground beef, a whole brisket, and a fantastic assortment of premium steaks and roasts. Priced at $5.85 per lb hanging weight.
    Estimated total: $2,075 all in. Outstanding value and incredible flavor for families who love real beef.

  • Quarter Beef Ideal for smaller households or limited freezer space. You’ll still get approximately
    45 lbs of ground beef plus a generous selection of premium cuts. Priced at $5.95 per lb hanging weight.
    Estimated total: $1,050 all in. The smart, delicious way to enjoy high-quality beef without compromise.
